The American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Region 2 is holding their Spring Technical Conference on March 29th in Williamsburg.  Members and non-members are invited to attend the fourth annual technical conference for Region 2 (formerly Region 7) which now includes ASHE Sections from West Virginia and North Carolina.  The conference runs from 9:00am to 4:45pm on Monday, March 29, 2009 at the Holiday Inn Patriot, 3032 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia.
